Unlike many physicians, Dr. Kelley came in briefed on background and did not spend whole time staring at a computer screen. Good conversation and answered questions well.
Listened, responded, had read my chart. He actually examined my knee! Explained 3 things could be causing the pain. Recommended MRI. Asked if I wanted to proceed with that. It fit with my desire to have more assessment before deciding. He took me to the scheduling person.
Dr. Kelley is exceptional. He listened to my questions, provided thoughtful responses, and then treated my condition capably and efficiently. I was surprised by the fact that my cortisone injections to my knees did not hurt at all because I had received them previously from a different provider through a different system and I was expecting to feel pain. I've already recommended Dr. Kelley to friends and family who might need help from him.
Dr Kelley was amazing listening to my concerns, explaining my options and then answering all aspects of my treatment choice.
Dr. Kelley has been very attentive.
