Arthroscopic surgery done 3/2 back on tennis court 8/3 (5 months). How did that happen so fast? With Dr. Atkinson & his incredible team of professionals, all with amazing attitudes, know how & experience. They gave me trust, confidence & courage. Exactly what I wanted/needed to push me thru the highs & lows of surgery & recovery to get back on the tennis court as soon as I could. After all, that’s my happy place ☺️. I was very impressed with Dr. Atkinson. I had rotator cuff surgery. Don't get me wrong, the recovery sucks!!! But Dr A and the staff was great in keeping me as comfortable as possible. The PT staff was awesome as well and was a reassuring asset in keeping me on the right track to recovery. I would not want to have to do the surgery again, but if I do it will be with Dr A once again!!

I'm a snowbird and hesitated whether to have my left hip replaced by Dr. Atkinson in Fort Myers or in NYC. I am so happy I chose Dr Atkinson. He is first class; the outcome was excellent and thanks to his friendly and efficient staff, my time was never wasted. Needless to say, when I needed my right hip replaced a year later, I went straight to Dr. Atkinson and the outcome was again excellent.
