The office is very well run. Dr Scheiderman explained everything.

First patient visit and was very impressed. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Schneiderman was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Within the hour of my appointment, I received follow-up emails with more information for my condition and next step options. This was a very helpful reminder of what was discussed at my visit. Very responsive with a follow-up phone call as well. I would highly recommend him and the other doctors in this practice.

Provides clear explanations for everything
I really hoped to have had a better experience. Unfortunately the doctor was not patient enough for me. He move very quickly instead of taking a moment and listening to my concerns. He was quick to react but did not communicate what was going. He would just grab stuff and attempt to go in my ear or nose without communicating what was going on. He should work on his bedside manner.
