front staff was very understanding of my emergency, scheduled me the earliest appointment. office was very well kept with no wait time. Dr. Schneiderman was very professional, understanding and patient. He cured me & I could hear again ! Couldn't thank him enough for all the time he spent .
He spent so much time with me, and his staff was terrific! I felt that I was in a small-town's doctor's office. I have been to larger companies, ENT associates groups, and other larger group practices. They don't remember my name and rush me out of the office. He is a fantastic physician who gets to know his patients and their history. I highly recommend him for Children to adults.
One of the best experiences at a doctor's office. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Schneiderman takes the time to explain in simple and direct language. My appointments are always on time. Amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Schneiderman.
Dr. Schneiderman is a smart, caring, dedicated and terrific physician. He took the time to listen to my issues, carefully examined me and spent the time to effectively communicate what the problem was. He then fully discussed my options and provided effective treatment. I have had chronic sinus and ear issues my entire life and have seen many ENT specialists. I am very pleased with the service Dr. Schneiderman provided and will continue to see him.
He was very kind and made me feel comfortable immediately. I wouldn't say I like going to the doctor. He was my second opinion, and I am glad he avoided surgery using a new technique in his office—no surgery bills, hospital, saved money and time, etc. And he spent time with me, which I am not used to from doctors.
The Dr. was very thorough with explaining my issues.
Getting an appointment was easy, I was treated well.
I went in to see Dr. Schneidermann for what I thought was a sinus infection. He ended up telling me it wasn’t and that I could do an in office procedure. For background I work in finance and am extremely busy, it is hard for me to get time off from work. I spoke to him a month ago and I called back today saying that I wanted to make an appointment for the in office procedure. Dr. Schneiderman was very patient; he listened to all of my concerns and gave me thorough explanations of my condition. Definitely recommendable!
