The clinicians are great, but I would only recommend if you don't have health dental insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket for what is admittedly a high quality clinical experience. I have been a patient for 6 years and have had my claims submitted to insurance 'as a courtesy.' Carrying the costs for the short amount of time to receive my check in the mail was never an issue. Amazing experience. I much appreciate Dr. Fleishman’s comprehensive approach vs previous experiences in dental treatment which approached each particular dental concern in isolation. Treatment is informed by evidence based research. The entire staff is warm, engaging, respectful, and friendly. Ready smiles from all.
I've been a client for a decade and a half. Not only the dental care is of the highest quality, it is the experience of coming to the office that is simply a delight. The team knows how to make one feel seen and cared for, from the smile of the receptionist, to chatting about life with Patricia, the amazing hygienist who has been taking care of me for years, to conversations with Dr. Fleischman about our kids. I love the TAF team. From the moment that you walk in the door you feel valued. You are greeted by name and seated in a handsomely appointed waiting area. But you are never kept waiting; you’re always seen at the time of your appointment. From the time I enter Todd Fleischman’s dental practice until I leave, the experience is always very positive with each member of the staff. Dental hygienist Bopa has an efficient system of checking everything and cleaning. Both he and Dr. Todd are excellent at taking time to talk to me about the status of my teeth and about any potential issues. And both feel like friends - nice to chat with.
