I was referred to this ENT (Dr. Childs) for 2 ENT related concerns. I had to basically chase him out the door and finish asking questions in the hallway to only to get half of my questions answered. He did seem to review my chart and some imaging thoroughly, but was short with his answers and explanations and only addressed 1 or 2 concerns I had, even though I stated both concerns clearly and repetitively. Dr. Child and the entire ENT team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Childs was completely rude. He said, haven't I seen you before? I said no. Then he proceeded to tell me what was wrong with my face. I thought what does this have to do with my ear?? He is very dismissive. He then said my left ear was trashed. How professional is that? He has no tact or compassion with people and like the other person said, he delivered bad news on his hearing, like he was ordering food. He is too old and needs to retire. I wasted my money. It was great! Dr. Child and the other amazing Dr that did the testing were so kind and helpful. It was nice to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan. They took the time to ask questions and get things figured out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ENT. It was an amazing experience and I appreciated the treatment. Everyone involved was so kind. Thank you!
