While the staff was friendly and helpful, they fell way short of meeting my expectations. I ordered my glasses, and was awaiting a call to tell me.the lenses were in. The call never came. I went in over 2 weeks later to inquire. The lenses were there but they were wrong. I emailed the manager and she emailed me back saying that "she" would call. I’ve been coming here for couple of years and i love it each time! There’s such a huge variety of glasses to choose from and the service here is amazing.
Today was my first visit and first time being at Today's Vision. I have been looking for a new eye doctor & something closer to my house and I have seen them here for years and decided to give them a try. I really did enjoy my visit. Staff was nice & welcoming. Doctor Dong was nice and very informative and I believe his name was Jim or Tim ( so sorry I forgot ) he was very helpful with picking out my new glasses. I know I'm going to love them once I pick them up. I am super glad I gave them a try �
The lady that helped us out was very helpful and very patient she was okay with us taking our time and not rushing us will be returning back for more
My visit with Today’s Vision today is awesome. I feel so comfortable with the Dr. and the staff who help me with finding the right glasses I need.
