I was very pleased to bring my children to this office. Upon our arrival, we were seen promptly, with no waiting time. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The office has a positive and comfortable vibe, and I truly appreciate that the Dr Swift takes the time to listen attentively and encourages questions. My husband and I got our prescriptions here . I bought my frames and lenses here . My husband got cancelled on by the Doctor and was told they would call back for his reschedule fitting . Now that he tried to back they said they couldn't give him his contact perscriton because he never went back for his fitting. He asked for a Refund for paying the contact perscriton he never got and they said No. I have Not had these frames for a year and have had to get the lenses replaced more than any other pair in my life .
