Oh my Goodness...the ladies working at the front are just Amazing ...full of patience and their smile never fade. Crystal helped me throughout my time (which was a while) to pick my glasses... she didnt just go the extra mile ...she went extra 100 miles with me. .never rushing me... never pushing any items for me to get... If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff and Dr. Nguyen are amazing. Dr Nguyen listens to every detail.

The front office staff is very sweet but once again completely disregarded the physician’s orders and did not submit a prescription to my pharmacy, which was the reason I went in the first place. In my opinion that’s complete incompetence and it’s time for a new doctor. I hate to say that because I have felt Dr. Nguyen or any doctor that has seen me there have been amazing. But get it together front office staff… twice now you have screwed me over.
