Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The front office ladies and Dr. Nguyen are the best, I’ve been coming here for years and have exceptional service every time. I’m so thankful for a doctors office that feels so cozy and welcoming
The experience of picking up my glasses turned out to be quite disappointing today (8/7/2026). Upon my arrival, I patiently waited for my turn, only to find that there was just one staff member attending to customers. After the optometrist escorted a client to the desk, the employee, without waiting for my acknowledgment, asked if she could assist the other customer instead. This lack of consideration left me feeling undervalued and disappointed, highlighting the importance of respectful customer service.
I wish I could give more stars! My husband and I have patients here for many years now, but today I had to bring my 9mo son and he cried (screamed) the whole appointment. The staff and especially Dr. Velasco were completely unphased and so patient and understanding. Dr. Velasco somehow was able to care for me well and with a smile!
