I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from one of their stylist. I had to cancel my appointment late due to a conflict with my business schedule. I was sent an invoice for the services that I did not receive...service fee plus a 20% gratuity. I couldn't find the cancellation policy and was messaged that if I didn't pay the invoice that I would be turned over to small claims. Be sure to look at the cancellation policy before booking. tanika is amazing at what she does. she knocked it out of the ball park with my color tornado with several colors. cant wait to get my hair done again in a few months with different colors. she knows what shes doing and is very fun. unicorn hair for life.
Great with color, and they take time and work with your style.
Tanika Bell is amazing hair colorist! She knocks it out of the park everytime! She's personable, kind and funny. She has exceeded my expectations and wants everytime. If you are considering fantasy/vivid colors Tanika is the woman to see. if you've do them before and weren't happy or thought it could be better trust Tanika to take care of you and take your hair to the next level!
