I usually come to this nail salon every 2-4 weeks and have enjoyed every visit. I made an appointment today and called them and told them I would be 5-10min late. After I arrived and waited 45 min with no start to the pedicure and many others waiting, I left. I didn’t want to say anything in front of others so I called after I left and the owner was extremely unprofessional and lied and told me when she was about to start on me, and that I left. The pedicure service was extremely poor from start to finish. My cuticles were never cleaned or trimmed, the previous gel polish was not completely removed, and the undersides of my nails were never cleaned. While removing the old gel, the technician drilled so aggressively that he actually created a hole in one of my nails, causing it to bleed, which he simply put my foot back into the water.
