Staff very unprofessional. I arrived at 2:30p for my hair appointment and stylist #1 didnt call me over to start my hair until 2:50 but needed 10 more mins to set up to start. I had previously explained to stylist #1I had to be home by 5p as I am caregiver to my 93 year old Dad on hospice because 5 is when my relief worker leaves. I left the salon and called another staff member that I know in the store to get the appointment set up later with someone else. This should be my choice correct?
