Poor service and won’t send records to Delta Dental that they’ve requested (It’s been over a month). Does not return phone calls. Charged for services that were not rendered and it’s been almost three months and still no refund.

The entire staff are very friendly and professional. If you are a big chicken you will be put to ease here. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. So I had several things done. And everything went well. Will be going regularly for check ups from now on.
I’ve been going to the Clark’s for the last 10 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and their staff. They are courtesy, professional and they treat their patients right. I’ve shown up late for unforeseen reasons and they’ve never turn me away. As long as I’m in Jacksonville, this will be my dentist of choice.
