(Brooklyn Park)I honestly think the customer service is horrible! Especially the ladies that answer the phone & sit at the front desk. They just try to hurry up and get you off the phone. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The Dr that did my filling I felt like he just rushed thru it and kept telling him it hurt or either my mouth is tired . Like he didn’t even care!
I like this place" One of the first Dental Clinics I've been to and I wasn't Nervous The Dentist and his assistance did watch a little TV but so did I" Lol "And if your on time you will leave on time unless there is Complications with "Your MOUTH THAT You DIDNT Take CARE Of" Todays Dental Is 💯💪🏾In My Book"

St Cloud location is terrible I was told when I scheduled my appointment that I would have fillings done and a tooth extracted the dentist refused to do anything but pull my tooth I will never recommend DDS here
The dentist watched the television more than my teeth. I finally switched dentist where I now pay out of pocket but receive the service that I deserve. This dentist is a horrible place for anyone who has a fear of dentists like me. He hardly spoke to me about what was going on in my mouth. The last time I went there was a year ago. I had a cavity filling scheduled and it was canceled last minute; I had scheduled it 6 months in advance. Awful experience here, wouldn't recommend at all.
This place was a let down . too many people comming in and not enough dentists. people are rushed threw and lobby is over full. I spent an hour to get to this place and got nothing done because they didn't have time to do it. And on another note if the Dr. Tells you that you have to have a deep cleaning your on State medical it will come out of your pocket, a whole $650.00. ain't that a kicker? I left the place feeling terible.
Highly recommended! We love taking our boys there. Very attentive and a very experienced Doctor!
