terrible customer service and did an awful job very rude I will never go back bewarethe nail technicians and even had the nerve to yell at me and wanted me to fix my Polish myself told me not to talk to him to go talk to the other man that work there they made me pay for my service before it was done the worst now experience ever had
I wish I had read WMSC02 review before I decided to go here. The customer service is non-existent. They have a few customers that go there regularly and they know, and it seems that they are only friendly to those customers. I am the sweetest person you will ever meet and I love people so trust and know this is the honest truth because bad experiences do happen to good people. The short version: they burned my face in two places with excessively hot wax causing scars only days before my wedding and did not offer any apologies or concessions. A few weeks ago I went to Today Nails and Day Spa to get services in preparation for my wedding. It looked clean and it was convenient in terms of location.
