It is so nice to visit an office where everyone is in a good, strike that, GREAT, mood. From reception to Snow, and then onto the doctor herself, everyone treated me with compassion and kindness as my mouth was numbed. My utmost gratitude goes to Dr. Ledesma and her sraff.
I was really nervous and the staff made me feel so comfortable. There was no judgement just an immediate plan being put together for my care. Thank you so much. Edit: I came back today 03/11 to get an extraction done and had somewhat of a medical emergency whilst receiving the local anesthetic, the doctor and nurse reacted so quickly and made sure I was taken care of.
