The doctor was almost abusive, the exam hurt, and the staff pretended like nothing was amiss. Crazy.
Avoid this place at all costs. The worst experience with a medical practitioner. I went to the doctor as BCBS in-network provider for a yearly preventive care check-up for me and wife. Conveyed the reason to the doctor why I was there. The doctor was good and did what he needed to do. At the check-out the Admin charged me copay for both me and wife even though the card stated 0 copay for preventive. I talked to insurance and they stated no copay is required for preventive care.
