I had knee surgery by Dr. Yacobucci and PA Mathew. I am BEYOND happy with how everything went. My mom referred me to them and said they were great. We agreed that how they run things is like “a well oiled machine”. I worked in the medical field previously and have an understanding of how things usually work. They are officiant, caring, wanting to fix the issue, and detail oriented. The front desk is also great. The surgery scheduler was great and easy to work with. This review is about Dr. Tyler Collins. In about 2022 I was moving computers in IT and twisted my knee as I fell. I went to visit knee doctors and they told me that I had a cartilage defect from my twisted knee, in a deep bend which is abnormal to reach. Doctors ended up giving me bad advice (Physical therapy cannot fix this), and the only way they would treat me is if “They broke my knee open like a coconut” and charge me out the butt. Grant padley is pretty terrible. I felt that he just wanted to shane me for my financial situation more than anything else. I didn't have insurance initially and was paying cash. That gets pricey quick. I was not prepared financially for the car accident I was in. Overall. I would not go back to toca if it means I have to just be put down by these surgeons and other staff. Thank God I switched to the core institute where everyone has treated me with dignity and respect.
Nothing like being told to show up at 2pm only to be still sitting in the waiting room at 3pm for my 230 appointment. Thanks for wasting my time. I could have stayed at work and finished my shift
