I wish I could give no stars. My son goes to ASU and was referred by them for small fracture in his finger. They took his copay up front which was $35.00 - our normal copay for specialist visits. After he was done with everything they then proceeded to tell him he owes an additional $475.00 cash that can't be billed to our insurance and is something called a "fracture care package". I am sorry what??? NOPE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this place.
Please avoid this clinic at all costs. I have been calling them for weeks requesting a peer-to-peer review required by the insurance company for an MRI, and nothing has been done. This is the most careless clinic I have ever dealt with.
If I could give a half star I would! Scheduled an appointment for my 79 year old mother who is having hip issues. They called me the day before her appointment to let me know that she is past the age limit that they accept! Now, after waiting for this appointment, I have to start over again trying to find her a doctor. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Dr. Samuel Harmsen, MD, is great and truly helped me with my shoulder. I highly recommend him for anyone dealing with shoulder injuries. The other doctors on my team include Dr. Laura Vogul, who treats my hip, and Dr. Husten. It isn’t easy getting older after living a fast, furious, and hard-core life of labor in the food service industry and cosmetology trades. Like many others, even in light-duty physical labor occupations, both fields are tough on your joints. Team Tocca to the rescue! 👍
Dr. Alonso and the team were amazing. They saw me quickly, answered all my questions. Office was clean and everyone was very kind.
