My lid lift by Dr Nakra 2 months ago is healing nicely. He and his staff have all worked to make the process go smoothly. My eyes look better every week! Just be aware that your Rx insurance company will likely mess with you on refills for the tiny tube of erythromycin-opth (eyes), so make sure you have some Neosporin (OTC) on hand to use on areas away from your eyes. It will help that tiny tube last longer.

Even when they do answer their phones, they take a message but then never call you back.
This Center never answers there phone and when you do get in contact with a customer service representative. They do not help at all. A growth was found in my daughter's eye and she still hasn't been scheduled for her surgery. She is about to lose her job because she hasn't gotten a surgery date to approve her short term disability. Her situation is vital and no one still has an answer in regards to her situation.
