RecommendedOur first date was at Toby's back in 2008, and we've been coming here for our Meeting Anniversary every year. We're also married now 4 years and counting. Great views of Penn Cove, good food and fun beers!
Best place around Puget Sound for Penn Cove mussels. Great fish & chips too.

Favorite place for fish and chips on the island. I am assured the Burgers are great and they have amazing cookies. It’s not pricy with big portions
Toby’s never disappoints! We always take out-of-towners here because the beer, the mussels, the atmosphere, and the view. And the service is delightful!
