My family needed to find a rehabilitation facility for our mother after her hospital stay. We heard so many nightmare stories and were scared of making the wrong choice. I am so happy that my grandma and grandpa moved here. Seeing how happy they are makes me a very happy granddaughter. They moved here about 2 years ago.. I highly recommend Sinai to anyone looking for an independent living of even a bit of more intense care for their family member who may need it.
I had an awful Experiance with this facility. No personal attention. No explaination about my questions. The sales person was very disrespectful and very very upset when she wasn’t helping, I asked the CEO President to talk with me about this irate Person. The ceo President never called me and I feel contact was intercepted perhaps by the sales person that told me the ceo wasn’t in charge, she was!!! Nice place. The nursing staff is nice and sweet; very professional. The security at the gate on the other hand are horrible, especially the male guard; he was very disrespectful and cursing at visitors. The food options for the residents are unique and they provide a wide range of choices which is good.
