My experience with Sinai’s management has been disappointing. They’re quick to make promises but slow to follow through. It feels like independent living and assisted living are treated as two separate worlds — AL residents simply don’t receive the same level of attention and upkeep as those in IL. My family needed to find a rehabilitation facility for our mother after her hospital stay. We heard so many nightmare stories and were scared of making the wrong choice. We opted with Sinai and it was the best choice we could have made. The facility was clean, the personnel were friendly and helpful and the nursing care was exceptional. I am so happy that my grandma and grandpa moved here. Seeing how happy they are makes me a very happy granddaughter. They moved here about 2 years ago.. I highly recommend Sinai to anyone looking for an independent living of even a bit of more intense care for their family member who may need it.
I had an awful Experiance with this facility. No personal attention. No explaination about my questions. The sales person was very disrespectful and very very upset when she wasn’t helping, I asked the CEO President to talk with me about this irate Person. The ceo President never called me and I feel contact was intercepted perhaps by the sales person that told me the ceo wasn’t in charge, she was!!!
