Dr. Handler listens and is an incredible physican
Have been coming here for many years and Dr.Handler is 5 stars, highly recommend! It's the office getting 1 star. Received a surprise bill (over $400) after the woman at triage desk ignored me clearly telling her to remove old coverage, plus had done my own on-line check in with correct information. When called office to speak to someone (see other reviews about difficulty to actually get a call through to a real human) a male receptionist told me there was nothing to discuss and was absolutely mocking me, transferred me to ... read more

Felt I was provided with all information needed to make an educated decision on my treatment
I was late regrettably by 15 min.for my appointment and no one in the office(Receptionist ,Nurse nor Dr.Handler) made me feel uncomfortable.Dr.Handler listened to my concerns about which I was very stressed and she addressed everything ,providing me with the reassurance and plan I was needing.She was absolutely wonderful.
Wait time was short- lab work done before going to an exam room, so results were available during the visit. Dr. Handler, as always, was pleasant, professional and never rushed.
We have been seeing Dr Handler for 2 years. She is thorough in her examination and listens to your concerns. Although she is very busy and appointments can be difficult, she is definitely worth the wait. You never feel rushed during your visit.
Very professional
Dr. Handler is a compassionate and caring doctor. She takes time to listen to the patient and address all concerns. I suffered from chronic UTI’s for years before going to Dr Handler. She worked with me to come up with a plan for treatment and prevention. The office is efficient and appointments are always kept on time. I highly recommend.
