Dr. Handler is a smart, caring, well prepared doctor. She looks at your test results before she sees you and knows what she is talking about. She is so nice and makes you comfortable in what could be an uncomfortable situation. And she is so pleasant!
I have been a patient of Dr Handler in excess of 12 years. She has always been thorough, caring and understanding. She has made every visit pleasant and informative. If you have had what you consider an unpleasant experience with the doctor, consider self examination before physical.
Dr. Handler shows great care and concern over my health condition. She is very easy to speak with and explains everything on my level. She goes the extra mile.
Dr. Toby Handler, is by far, the best M.D. I ever went to. She is a true professional, dedicated to providing the ultimate in Urological Healthcare, and obviously loves what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone, who is looking for a M.D., that truly cares about her patience, and goes over and beyond in providing excellence in healthcare and patient/customer service. In my opinion, and I'm sure numerous patients would agree to this; she deserves a FIVE Star rating (*****).
A basic diagnosis couldn't be met by dr. handler, not only did she not care about my well being when she could clearly see how uncomfortable I was she could not even pick up the phone 1 time to call me. She would ask a secretary to relay messages to me, and when I had gone through 2 months of pain with no answers she gladly sent me to a new dr. the new dr. actually cared that I was in pain and instead of poking me and sending me for even more tests, she easily knew it was muscle not urinary.
The Dr takes her time with you and answers all your questions. She relates to her patients well and makes you feel so at ease and comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend her!
