Great Music! – Went with my best girlfriend and had a fantastic time! Music was great and the drinks were awesome! It's all in the company you keep. Had a blast!
Buyer Beware! – This place was dead as my pet rock! I found this place to be a waste of time if you want a real upscale meeting ground regardless of the day you do not want to be caught here! if you like getting dressed up to look at yourself then this is the place to be!
West Houston's Answer to Washington St – This nightclub offers West Houston dwellers a Washington-esque dance floor and bar experience without having to brave the freeways. Tobin’s, although small, feels spacious and is strategically lit with mood lighting and comfortable seating around the dance floor. good drinks with good people – i've been going to tobins for about 3 weeks now and i have to say the service there is so good right when i walk though the door im greeted with a smile and ferm handshake i set down at the bar and bartender greets and serves me right away and if the waitresses aren't busy they come and talk to me too.i feel real welcome there. ps.those bad reviews cant be true
Best Nite In A While – It'd had been a while since I'd been able to have a girls night out and we decided to go to Tobin's Lounge. It was the best time with great service me and my 4 friends have had in a good while. The service was great and expedient and the specialty drinks were great! Definitely going back again and highly recommended to others.
This place is great! – Great drinks, bartender, music, people and ambience! Please see for yourself and don't believe what's below in one review about the drinks, they are awesome!! The bar owner is always there, making sure everyone has a good time. Saturday nights are best!
BEST night out in Houston...PERIOD – I've been coming to Tobin's Lounge since they first opened up and the staff there has always made me feel more than welcome! Before they opened I had to drive all the way to Washington every weekend when I wanted to go somewhere nice. Now I can save myself the drive!!! No doubt the best night out in Houston.
Best Spot on the West Side! – I live on the west side of town and have been waiting for an upscale spot like Tobin's Lounge to open up for so long! A group of us went on Friday night and had a great time. Tobin, the owner greeted us at the door right when we walked in. The staff was very very attentive to us and we were really impressed with the drink menu and wine list. We will definitely be back soon and I can't wait to take my co-workers back for happy hour.
What is that bad taste? – I am republishing what appears to be my deleted review: I visited this lounge for the first time with a friend last night. The decor was decent, and the music was good, the rest however was a let down. I ordered the Key Lime Tini. (Grey Goose Vodka, Bacardi Coco Rum, lime juice syrup, garnished with a lime wheel - $9.00) I was hoping for something a little tart and sour.
