Absolutely not! – Had a great time here on a summers night. Live music, outdoor seating. Went alone, new in town. Tipped the band $10, served 3 times, drinking a total of 3 shots and 3 beers, was there 4 - 5 hours and a big girl at that. Didn't stumple, spill, fall, wet my pants. Absolutely shocked when I was approached by staff as I approached my car. Before I even had a chance to respond I was informed they "would call the police if I tried to drive".
