Best CrossFit gym I've been too & I've been to a few. The coaches and people are so humble and the workouts are great. Lots too offer and the head coach Heidi is a all around great person. She cares about everyone and Tobin Hill is amazing and I love it. I never been to a gym that is so inviting and warm welcoming and I really enjoy it. Heidi is a great coach and owner and her passion for helping others creates a great atmosphere and is a very welcoming gym. Definitely worth checking out if you're curious.
Fabulous group of coaches and members, great facility and convenient location and hours.
Great gym. I've been part of other gyms but this place gives you a great workout no matter what level you are at. Also they have some great prices compared to other gyms in the area. They have also just added a noon class which is nice because that works with my busy schedule. The coaches take their time with beginners and make sure that you stay safe and encourage you at the same time.
Absolutely the best place to be for absolute strength and postivity!!!
