I attended open gym Sunday as a guest. I enjoyed it immensely. It was easy to find and has its own parking. Inside, the box had plenty of equipment and weights available. Most importantly, each and every person I meet there was friendly, encouraging, and helpful. Great experience all around.
Very friendly and welcoming box! The warmup and WOD were explained clearly. I'll definitely visit THCF again when I'm in San Antonio.

My friend, Adam and I stopped by here earlier today- with courtesy of Lululemon shuttle while we are in town for crossfit regionals. We had a chance to meet one of your coaches, Heidi. She was amazing and made sure Adam and I'm on the same page as others. Mad props to Heidi for how to spell her name in American Sign Language!
