I had trigger finger surgery dand everyone from the desk to postop staff was professional friendly and made my stay top notch. I am elderly (98) and they explained everything well and made me feel like family.
I had previous surgery on my hand with Dr. Mann seven years ago. I was experiencing a trigger figure in my thumb. I was able to see Dr. Mann the same day I called. Received excellent care and would highly recommend him.
Dr. Mann came to the can room in a very timely manner. He quickly gave info to his scribe as he examined my wrist. He listened to my assessment of what I suspected caused the issue and he agreed. He ordered a cortisone shot, which his PA administered right away. There was very little wait time and I feel I was treated very professionally.
Dr. Mann was very attentive to my needs. He heard my issues and addressed them appropriately. Right now my hand is much better.
Dr. Mann listened to me without writing my pain off. I don't express the typical facial expressions for pain so I'm used to be written off as not in as much pain as I say. Dr. Mann did not do this. I will definitely continue to see Dr Mann for my hand and wrist.
Dr Mann was very personable and professional. Wonderful bedside manner and kind. It was very obvious that he really cares about his patients. Treatment was recommended and I was confident with his recommendation. Has helped greatly with my pain.
My surgery involved hardware removal and replacement. As a nurse I'm aware of the various potential outcomes was very worried. I feel better now than I did after my initial surgery. Recovery is long but going well. Dr. Mann is a very skilled and knowledgeable surgeon.
Never fixed my carpal tunnel that the emg dr. Said needed fixed just keeps putting cortisone shots in and the last one really made my wrist hurt
Dr. Mann seemed to know what was wrong with me just by pushing on my wrist and elbow. I went in for a follow up for right tennis elbow and found out I’m also getting carpal tunnel syndrome. He was very thorough and took time to explain all my options and what they mean. Highly recommend.
