Dr Tobi Richman is the worst she is the most uncaring doctor and is a butcher. All she wants to do is send everyone for Mohs surgery run don’t walk, but run away from this butcher. She should retire. Dr. Richman is the most thorough dermatologist I have ever seen. She is fast and nearly painless in taking three biopsies on my head and face. Her office is located in a beautiful modern structure staffed with caring, competent, and efficient people.
