Does not listen and talks to you like a child. They were being rude and over exaggerating a simple issue I was describing like it's the end of the world because they lack the decency to simply say they are over booked and don't want to add more to the schedule. You'll very likely pay for more work than you need to get done. I would avoid this place. Better to just call Bilo's Auto.

If you live in Florence and you need any work done on your car it would be silly not to go here. You will receive prompt service, quality work and someone who stands behind his work. You couldn't find a more ideal place for car repairs.
Helpful, knowledgeable, polite, timely, listens... everything I've been searching for as far as how service used to be for small local garages. Very pleased!
