The service was just as poor as the last visit. No sense of urgency. Will not return.
Very long wait time after scheduled WIC appointment to see the nutritionist. It’s 2pm with almost 10 families waiting to be seen. Ridiculous!
Very Unprofessional! I went to the location in North Dekalb and the service was horrible and appointments were not scheduled appropriately (which I drove an hour for). I rescheduled my appointment, but at T.O Vinson location and the lady stopped mid examination and basically told me to schedule at another doctors office, which was very misleading.
Location lacks communication with patients and very slow. For one piece of documentation expect to be there for 3 hours. Called on the phone and was told they were open and got there in person and was told to come back at 1pm.
Amazing service for the travel clinic. I got a yellow fever vaccine 7 years ago and needed it for upcoming travel. I called beforehand they told me which day to come in and I was able to get the card in a short amount of time. Staff was coordinated and Marla was very helpful.
