Terrific place to hang and unwind. Staff is personable, fun and knowledgeable. Adore their tasty selection of beers. Grub is tasty too!
I wanted to commemorate a late, honorary little brother's would-be 30th birthday last October. I wanted somewhere quiet to toast his memory, and To Victory was perfect! Music not cranked up, friendly bartender, good drinks and food, fair prices. I highly recommend this place.
