Wanna start by saying the leadership has changed and for the good!!!! I bought a tractor from them and for years it was like pulling teeth to get a part. Now, the service is out freaking standing!!! Jim knew he'd have the tractor for an extended period of time and brought me a brand new tractor to use while he had mine in the shop. Now...who does that??? Nobody I know of.
