We rented a condo with them and we were extremely disappointed! When they did our annual inspection, they said that the house was in excellent condition. But a few months after the inspection when our lease was over and we decided to move, they charged us outrageously! They charged us for removing a door mat that we left behind! They Suck! They are shady and will get you for every penny. I paid rent on time every month. I was told to be out of the apartment by 1st and I originally rented apartment on the 6 of last year. Not only did they make me pay 202 for rent for those 6 days they charged me extra cleaning fees for apartment I would able to clean better if I had those exta days. They will charge extra for a black light test which they found nothing. Bunch shady people STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
As I read the comments, I noticed that of all the comments, there is only one positive and all are basically the same as ours. This company is a conartist in disquise. They don't make as much money from rental as what they make from the people moving out. I don't know =if they are in partnership with the cleaning companies or get some kick back, but it is all a scam. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The only reason there is one star is because the form will not go forward without a star being clicked.
