Don’t trust the reviews being so low here. Staff was fast, clean, and talented. The other salon closer to the mall isn’t bad but this is the best place in town imo. I even changed colors. Staff is so kind
(Picture added is her ripping the nails off!! I had a deeply disappointing experience at T&T nails. I arrived at 5:00 PM, well before the 6:00 PM closing time, expecting ample time for service. However, the staff member was shockingly rude, yelling at me to hurry despite my timely arrival. when I expressed that I didn’t want to be treated this way, she proceeded to rip the nails off in a careless and painful manner. Nails are always pretty when we go, but during my mom's last visit, her total came out to $78 and she tipped in cash. When she checked her bank account 4 days later, $98 had been taken out. She lost her receipt so we were never able to do anything, and we're not sure what happened but I would double check that the correct final amount is charged after your visit.
Friendly but the women that did my nails did not do a good job. There is much room for improvement.
