Great to work with and they come at any hour. Wonderful when ac dies in 100 degree temps and they get it up and running again.
We moved to a 1977 split level with a 20-year-old system. With 90-degree days, issues arose: 80 degrees in the house. TNT came out the next day, evaluated the system, and thoroughly explained what was going on and what could be done in the short and long term. Excellent service and explanation. When we replace the system, we will be doing so with TNT!
We had Tim come out to troubleshoot our AC when it suddenly died in the middle of August. He was able to do a weekend call for us which was important because it was close to triple digits inside our home. He came from Clinton to Plain City and didn’t make us wait. He gave us a realistic time frame and he was there when he said he would be. He was extremely professional and gave us the information straight without beating around the bush. Absolutely amazing company. Tim was awesome to work with. Our system is pretty old and he worked to fix it without immediately recommending a new system. He repaired it and we were able to avoid a full replacement. Our AC is working great and we hope to get a few more years out of it. We will definitely use TNT Mechanical for all of our future HVAC needs.
I've been very pleased with TNT Mechanical, the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. The level of detail that went into cleaning and preparing my AC condenser for summer is far beyond what I've seen other companies do. I will continue using them going forward.
