Great experience with Michael! Very thorough and easy to talk to. We learned a lot during the explanation of his findings and left feeling confident that we knew what was going on in the house we were planning on buying. Easy scheduling and very timely delivery of a super clean and professional inspection report. He made sure we knew we could contact him with any questions with no limit on time after the report. I would absolutely recommend him and would be grateful to have the opportunity to use his services again.
Michael was highly recommended by our realtor. He was able to work around the sellers' schedule and get out quickly to do the inspection. He spent time to clearly walk us through his findings in person, in addition to providing a thorough report. Very helpful and professional.
If you need a timely and thorough inspection, Michael should definitely be your first choice. Our realtor recommended Michael when we went into our option period on a Sunday. Monday was a holiday (Veterans Day), yet Michael was responsive and was able to schedule an inspection for us first thing on Tuesday morning. Be aware! Micheal is a shady guy and he is not honoring his words. Make sure to review his quote carefully and DO NOT pay him before receiving and checking all the reports. He initially says I am gonna receive a termite report as well but after I paid the money he said termite is not included in the report. He missed many important items in the report like house water pressure, full attic inspection, and checking plumbing leak detection. Search more and find an honest person with some work ethics.
