Fast response and very willing to work with our schedule and needs. Family owned and operated business. Honest and hardworking. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. They will be coming back to resurface the concrete patio when weather allows (after curing period). It is a different application then they traditionally do, and challenging because they need to match an existing surface nearby. I will up date review after completion, but I am confident in them because of their work ethic.
The project had to be completely torn out and poured again, due to very poor finish work on the first attempt. the owner did make the job right, but I would not hire them again,

Contractor poured steps but did not clean up after. Did not come back to remove cement forms he left, I had to. He only came back because Home Advisor got on his case. Pounded nails into top rail of my deck to hold tarp as it rained hard about the time he finished pouring cement. Ground off mistake on side of step landing only after I insisted he do so. Would never hire again.
They contacted me immediately, showed up the same day and completed the job the next day.
Overall they did a great job. I had a pathway, front steps, and retaining wall poured and my only complaint is they were a bit sloppy when pouring the stairs and splashed concrete onto the previously poured pathway. They have promised to correct it.
