While they took me right away, the lack of communication was a problem. He didn’t understand that I showed him a cut on the bottom of my toe. The water was cold even though I asked for it to be hotter. Twice. I asked for the deluxe spa pedicure which says it includes a 10 min massage, a sugar scrub, a mud mask and heel scrub for $45. He did a couple of min for the sugar scrub (which was 3 min and 2 min) he said that was the 10 min massage - I’m not sure what the sugar scrub was then ;!). There was no heel scrub.
