I've been going to TN Nail Lounge for couple years & I always have an absolutely wonderful experienced. The atmosphere is very clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. My nail technician Crystal, she's very kind. She pay so much attention to detail, take her time to make sure every nail was shaped perfectly and helped me pick the perfect color. I absolutely love my nails! 💅💕 Crystal is truly amazing at what she does! Her attention to detail, talent, and dedication to making sure everything looks perfect are incredible. She took her time and made sure my nails came out absolutely beautiful. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in her work. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Perfect place to get pampered and bring the fam for a fun retreat together. Took my baby here for birthday and she was thrilled! The design was perfect & everyone is always so friendly! Thanks TN! Edited to say: came back with another daughter for her birthday and they said they couldn’t do the design she wanted that day. But the owner made sure to reach out and they were more than happy to help fix the problem. Thank you for the great customer service!! 💗
The nail tech was nice, but the nails only look fine from afar. Up close, there are bubbles trapped in the polish, and some nails aren’t fully covered with Gel-X. For the same price, I’d rather go somewhere else. I usually tip well, but this time I didn’t feel the service was worth it. Should’ve went to my usual nail tech.
