Had my first appointment here. Doctor/nurse was great. Communication not so much. I had an ultrasound, and while they don’t have to send photos via text, they said they would. They got my phone number wrong by one digit. I had such a hard time getting in to the app and finally had a code sent to my email instead of wrong phone number so I could access the app. Corrected my phone number then. Called earlier today and they never sent the photos. Called 10 minutes prior to them closing today (I was not aware they closed at 2). ... read more
She went above and beyond to get pictures of baby faces! She explain everything what we looking at! Very nice n patient with me! One of best ultrasound tech I had ! Me n my daughter very comfortable with her!! REN IS HER NAME SHE IS THE BEST OF THEM ALL
We had a great experience here with getting our Anatomy ultrasound. Kelsey, the receptionist, was extremely nice and friendly. They were running a little late, but not too bad. The Sonographer was awesome and very thorough. We do not go here for obstetrics care, but had a great experience for the ultrasound. They also sent us several pictures and videos within 10 minutes of leaving the office. Highly recommend!
I’m beyond impressed with Dr. Kang and the staff here. The receptionist checking me in at my appointment today was so kind as well as the nurse that brought me back and took my vitals/bloodwork. I only waited in the waiting room for about 10-15 minutes which is pretty unheard of in most medical practices. Ultrasound tech was so sweet and Dr. Kang was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed. Was schedule for a 20 week ultrasound, not my typical provider but they were the next closet that took my insurance for ultrasound. The front desk was lovely, and the ladies doing my ultrasound were very nice. I got my photos texted within minutes and I just adore them. Overall very pleasant experience.
