The care you get is amazing. I always feel safe and heard here. HOWEVER, god forbid you need to get in touch with them. It seems the only way to ever get through is to spend hours of your day calling and calling and calling being as they have NO other method of contact. If you have ANYTHING you need whether it’s a new appointment or even access to your own information you need to demand it before you leave that building because lord knows when or if you’ll get it. I had an amazing experience with all of the staff, U/S techs, and medical providers at TMFM. I always felt listened to and never felt rushed, which I typically felt at my OB appts. I was pretty bummed when I was recommended to have an early induction due to gestational hypertension. However, I will be forever grateful for the care and discretion of the providers, especially midwife, Robin who followed me throughout my pregnancy, as I ended up getting postpartum preeclampsia. Had my first appointment here. Doctor/nurse was great. Communication not so much. I had an ultrasound, and while they don’t have to send photos via text, they said they would. They got my phone number wrong by one digit. I had such a hard time getting in to the app and finally had a code sent to my email instead of wrong phone number so I could access the app. Corrected my phone number then. Called earlier today and they never sent the photos. Called 10 minutes prior to them closing today (I was not aware they closed at 2). ... read more

I’m beyond impressed with Dr. Kang and the staff here. The receptionist checking me in at my appointment today was so kind as well as the nurse that brought me back and took my vitals/bloodwork. I only waited in the waiting room for about 10-15 minutes which is pretty unheard of in most medical practices. Ultrasound tech was so sweet and Dr. Kang was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed.
