I’ve been using t&n for a little bit more than a year. He always answers quickly and is there when I need him. I’ve used a few lawn services over the years and this is the best guy I’ve had. He makes it easy and stress free to communicate and always does a great job in a timely fashion. I will definitely only use him for as long as needed.
I do NOT recommend using this company. There were numerous issues with trying to work with this company (Nathan). It first started with lack of communication. Once Nathan provided me an estimate, he seemed bothered by the fact that I was soliciting estimates from other lawn companies. When I tried to contact him after soliciting estimates to discuss having him start the lawn maintenance, he did not return my calls or texts until AFTER I posted a negative review here.
