I was only in need of day of coordination as we were doing the majority of the work ourselves. So a very important job, but maybe the smallest of jobs for a full time planning company. I surveyed quite literally 30 different companies and have the chart to prove it. With our needs being on the smaller side, they very understandably ask that you not book until 4 months out. Could not recommend TMW more for wedding day of coordination! It was wonderful working with Kristy. She was extremely professional and executed everything we had in mind for set up and flow for our wedding at Kay Chapel and the Hotel Viking. We had last minute changes at our venue but Kristy adjusted our plan with no issues. Kristy also facilitated our rehearsal which was seamless
