The dealer reached out and tried to help me in three different ways by phone call text and email I was waiting I am waiting for the insurance claim to process so that I can purchase a vehicle it's taking time but the dealer was kind enough to try to reach out and help me.

Be leery. Unwilling to send car history. I emailed the dealer twice requesting a vehicle history. First time they said they didn’t do car fax but did auto check. When I asked for that, they said won’t send it, but you can look at it at the dealership. Can we say bait and switch, captive dealership creepy practices? I will not consider them for anything and I would suggest you process with care. Any used car dealer who plays shell games, is not open, honest, move on.

You reached out asking for a car fax and I kindly explained to you we do not run these ourselves but I am happy to provide you with the vin number to run whatever checks you would like.I also explained that we what we do have is a nation wide title check called a NMVTIS report but only have hard copies at the office that I can happily show interested customers.
