They made promises that they would work with the insurance to replace my roof which was ok, but the gutter and the gutter guard was the main cause and reason, I decided to get the roof replaced and the gutter and gutter guard was the one left undone. Now, I have to do the same gutter cleaning like before the roof was even replaced. They will promise to do things but no promises that it’s going to happen. They’re freaking joke company…!

I hired Platinum Exteriors for my roof replacement on my 1916 house in Western Loudoun. From beginning to end I had nothing but a professional experience. I knew exactly was to happen from beginning to end through extensive communication from Platinum Exteriors for my reroof project. Keep in mind this was a reroof.
