I gave it 1 year after I left and it didn't even make it that long! I can say all I want now Temp works (TMS Staffing) whatever your calling yourselves these days. My Year non-compete has ended and all your Black Mail is done! I am free to take back all my business, if I want it. Hang on to the 1 office you have left. I am still receiving calls from past temp employees angry and disheartened that they were treated so unfairly after I left. Some had vacation/Holiday pay taken away and others simply were not paid.
