I haven’t started the TMS therapy just yet but as someone that’s about to start and needing the right care, this is the exact place i’ve never felt more heard and understood. Dr. helen has been a phenomenal and tremendous help. I also want to recognize Kassandra for all her help in getting started. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for the right spot to get the care you need!
My provider, Andrew Pratt, PA, is personable, encouraging, and knowledgeable. He has made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns and feelings. Although our visits have been conducted via telehealth, I am confident that his bedside manner is equally superb in person.
TMS Austin did a great job with helping me to manage my mental health. The office staff, doctors, and technician are genuinely interested in your wellbeing. I did both protocols with them and it helped me a lot. I recommend this place to everyone who is even considering TMS for their mental health. Pills never worked for me and would usually get every side effect. TMS caused minor headaches and fatigue, but overall helped me get through a rough time.
My therapist recommended this as a possible solution for my struggle with depression and OCD. Not only is their customer service HORRIBLE. They do not follow through with information. I had an initial call then was told I would have a consultation. They were supposed to be an hour-long conversation with a doctor. This conversation was 20 minutes at best, and he showed up late. Update: The team saw my review and corrected the mistake on their account and will be talking with the other company to correct the customer service. Thanks for the follow-up.
