I absolutely love my provider Andrew. He listens and takes time to figure things out. I HIGHY dislike Bonnie. When I call and it’s her that answers I get feeling of doom in my stomach. She has been nothing but difficult and no attempt to help. When speaking to her today, I explained we were going thru insurance changes and if i could get a sooner appointment. I had a great experience with TMS therapy. The staff is amazing, and Cassandra in particular is absolutely terrific—supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The treatment itself was completely pain-free, covered by my insurance, and only took about 30 minutes a day, which I often used as quiet time to meditate. The therapy significantly lessened my issues with rumination, helped me regulate my emotions better, and noticeably decreased my depression. I just cannot say enough good about TMS of Austin - the therapy itself, or the care providers. I have suffered with lifelong chronic and acute depression, chronic and acute anxiety and crippling insomnia due to early childhood trauma. My problems had been reasonably controlled thanks to medication and counseling for over 2 decades, but last year I experienced a trauma induced setback that was crippling. I had a great experience with TMS of Austin, Kassandra and Dr. Aragon. This treatment helped pull me out of treatment resistant depression and lifted my every day mood. I noticed my anxiety stabilized from being severe and every day to more under control and manageable, but not completely gone. This has been one of the more successful treatments I have received in the years I’ve tried therapy and medication.
