I sadly had to stop seeking treatment here. The first month went well, then they began canceling and rescheduling all my appointments. This occurred for 5 out of my last 12 appointments (almost 50%). The last two cancelations they didn't even call me and I wasted the entire day (these are two hour sessions that you have to clear the day for). DO NOT SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS PRACTICE.
Ok Google, these reviews can be harmful sometimes. I was so nervous about my appointment, in large part due to these reviews, that I almost sabotaged everything. Truth is, the bad reviews are mostly people with insurance issues. The good stuff: my appointment was perfect. I was accidentally late and the clinic still fit me in. I even had a massive panic attack and they tolerated my behavior very well. The setting was calm and quiet. I felt safe. Be mindful that MHS is severely understaffed, leading to an irresponsible lack of communication and difficulty in scheduling. What’s worse is if you try to address issues (if you can even get ahold of anyone since they’re too short staffed to answer the phone or return messages), they insist on telling you over and over again why it’s your fault they’re not transparent about their policies.
